2025 Event Schedule

• 8a-9a: Complimentary breakfast

• 8a-8:45a: Captain check-in

• 9a: Player meeting

• 9:30a: Games begin (rounds 1 and 2)

• 11:30a: Lunch break (off-site, not included)

• 12:30p: Games continue (rounds 3 and 4)

• 2:30p: Awards (blitz playoff if necessary)

2025 Tournament Design (see full rules)

• Teams of four players (two alternates allowed)

• Four rounds (all teams play all rounds in "Swiss" tournament)

• Time control is 25 minutes/player with a 5-second increment/move

• All chess boards, sets, and clocks provided

• Games are casual/unrated; notation not required

• Entry fee is $240/team

• Corporate school program sponsors ($1,600/year) get free entry for up to two teams
