Bughouse Brawl V

Announcing Indy Chess' fifth kids' Bughouse tournament--a chess tournament played in teams of two!  All grades K-12 and skill levels are welcome to join us for this competition with the following details:

• Sunday, December 7 with check-in 1:45p-2:00p, player meeting at 2:15p, and games starting right after.

• Tournament is a seven-game round robin (i.e., 7 rounds or games), which means all teams play each other one time.  The games are played almost immediately one after another, with awards briefly concluding about 5:00p.  Tournament organizers reserve the right to change the format to Swiss if more than eight teams register in a section to suit registration numbers.

• Time control is 10 minutes per player, no increment/delay.

• Players must register separately.  A younger player can play up a section, but older players cannot play down a section.  View pre-registered players here (updated starting about a month before the tournament).
