About The Event
Join us for USCF-rated chess at our Friday Night Action every other week, with Grandmaster Sam Khanin competing on July 11, July 25, and August 8 in the top section!
-Arrive by 6:15pm or register online to guarantee pairing. Clocks are expected to start at 6:30pm.
-3 round Swiss pairings, sections based on turnout (typically 2-3 sections, with a goal of eight or less people per section). Tournament Director (TD) reserves right to make sections as needed.
-25 minute time control with a 5-second increment
-Chess boards, pieces, clocks, and notation sheets provided in the rated room (bring your own for the Skittles Room if desired)
-Half-point byes allowed if requested before Round 1.
