Thank you for your interest in Chess Club at Brookside School 54!  Indy Chess is excited to offer this program on Friday  afternoons beginning January 10, 2025 until May 16, 2025 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm in the Library.  The club will not meet on days that school is not in session (e.g. spring break).  Students in grades 2nd to 5th grade are eligible to participate.  There is no cost to register thanks to some limited grant funding Indy Chess received to help kids that qualify for free/reduced lunch.  Questions?  Email info@indychess.org.  The chess club will be taught by USCF-certified chess instructor Mike Gant, who has more than 30 years experience coaching chess in schools!
